DELIVERY

The Products are delivered to the address indicated on the order form by the Customer within 8 days for Metropolitan France by post of by carrier and 10 days for Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain,Italy, Austria, the Netherlands and Germany, by carrier.

For deliveries of bulky items, please give us a telephone number when you place your order so that we can arrange a day and time for delivery. If the delivery time is exceeded, the Customer may not cancel the order or claim compensation.

SVELTUS shall not be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the Products due to the Customer (absence of the Customer at the time of delivery, failure to collect the parcel after delivery, etc.). In the same way, SVELTUS shall not be held responsible for delivery problems resulting from difficulties in accessing the place of delivery or from an incorrect address given by the Customer.

All our deliveries must be signed for.

On receipt of the goods, the Customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the Products in the presence of the delivery person/ courier and to note any reservations on the delivery note.

Deliveries are made by our carriers door-to-door. Carriers do not deliver to upper floors and do not take back packaging.

After departure of the order, any additional costs requested by the carrier for a change of address, telephone number or any other administrative handling will be charged to the ordering customer.

If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the ordering customer and deducted from the refund for the order.

PRICES

The prices of the Products are indicated in euros, all taxes included. The prices displayed on the SVELTUS.COM web site correspond to the prices in force on the day the order is placed. The prices displayed cover the costs of preparing the order and its specific packaging. All offers of products and delivery methods are only valid in Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg,Spain, Italy, Austria, the Netherlands and Germany. Deliveries outside these countries are subject to quotation.

Certain prices may be revised during the year in the event of an increase in the cost price components.

Delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of the basket and the carrier selected.

All orders over €500.00 are sent free of charges (except orders with shock-absorbing tile, disc & bar packs and X-Treme 4040 Wall Cage). Valid only in Metropolitan France.

For deliveries to french, italian and spanish islands, please ask us for a quote to calculate delivery costs.

DPD Predict

DPD Predict is a solution that allows the Customer to:

• Know the delivery slot in which you will be delivered,

• Change your delivery choice if you are absent.

To do this, a mobile phone number and an e-mail address is needed. This information will only be used by DPD to process the order.

Packages are limited to 30 kg and 2 metres in length.
