In the certification of its products..
Our Elastiband®, made in France, is certified Oeko-Tex Standard 100, attesting to the health and ecological qualities of the textile used while guaranteeing the absence of toxic substances for both the body and the environment. This certification monitors all stages of the production chain and requires testing of all components..
For the environment.
In order to address environmental challenges, Sveltus is committed to the circular economy, not only for its products but also for their packaging. This entails consuming less, producing differently, avoiding indiscriminate disposal, and actively participating in recycling.
Reducing, reusing, recycling, and rethinking are the key principles guiding the actions that we are gradually implementing within our company.
REDUCE:
- The distance between our production sites in France and our logistics site (Less than 25 km).
-The use of packaging by limiting it to the strict necessary to ensure the protection of our products during transport and storage.
- The sending of paper documents. We prioritize digitization.
-The number of shipments for a single customer by grouping orders as much as possible.
REUSE:
- By incorporating recycled and recyclable materials into our packaging, especially cardboard, as well as in some of our products whenever possible without compromising their quality or technical properties.
-By shredding cardboard within our warehouse that we cannot reuse, in order to use it for filling empty spaces in our shipping boxes.
RECYCLE:
- Our logistics waste through the implementation of sorting bins and dedicated streams.
- By guiding our French users in the sorting process, gradually providing on our packaging sorting information compliant with the criteria defined by CITEO since January 1, 2022.
- By enlisting a specialized company for waste collection.
RETHINK:
- The composition of our products and packaging to make them increasingly eco-friendly.
- Our energy consumption by investing in more energy-efficient lighting for our premises, as well as heating systems.
- By conducting environmental monitoring on sustainable development methods to continuously enhance our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives.
