The 150kg training pack contains :

2 discs 5kg, 2 discs 10kg, 2 discs 15kg, 2 discs 20kg and 2 discs 25kg + a free ceramic Olympic bar.

Natural rubber Olympic disc designed for weightlifting and cross-training. Its 88-90° shore A hardness limits rebound during the drop. For use only on weightlifting slabs. For 50mm diameter bars, guaranteed 10,000 drops.

Warning:

• 5kg discs can only be dropped in combination with discs weighing 10kg or more.

15kg or 20kg Cerakote Olympic bar (ref 1684 or 1683) included with pack. Disc stops not included.
