Parfait pour les petits trainings chez soi. Diamètre de prise plus large que les barres filles olympiques classiques mais même en ayant des petites mains, cela ne me gêne pas.
L'endroit où l'on met les disques est suffisamment large pour y mettre plusieurs poids
