Je les utilise régulièrement.
Cependant, il y a tout de même un petit hic : ils sont trop grands pour mes poignets. Ils bougent donc toujours lors de ma pratique malgré un serrage au maximum.
Ne correspond donc pas aux poignets fins de femmes.
